Privacy Policy

KTDA Corporation Pty Ltd has adopted this Privacy Policy to ensure that it handles private information about individuals responsibly. The Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time.

It is important to the KTDA that individuals dealing with it are confident that the KTDA respects their personal information and does not interfere with their privacy when handling this information. The KTDA abides by Privacy Principles under the Information the Federal Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)   which sets   privacy standards for dealing with personal information   and the   Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) as well as the SPAM Act 2003 (Cth).

The KTDA may from time to time hold information which includes a person's name, address and any other information which is needed to maintain records in a format that identifies the person. These records are held by the KTDA for the purposes of enabling the KTDA to provide customers with event information.

Use and Disclosure
Personal information held by the KTDA will not be used for any other purposes other than for event notification and updates and related purposes except when the individual has consented to the use or disclosure, or the use and disclosure is required as authorised by law.

Access to Personal Information
A person rights to access their personal information held by the KTDA and they can find out more by contacting the KTDA. There are some circumstances in which the KTDA is entitled to deny a person access to information. These include circumstances where such information is confidential or where the privacy of others may be breached if the information was accessed or where the law requires or authorises such access to be denied.
